RE: Why are so many people so willing to give obama a pass on the eligibility issue?

I'm sorry, but I can't split it into 2 questions. I can
only think of one question and a whole bunch of answers.

1. Are you crazy? O'Reilly says obama is ok, that's good
enough for me.
2. I don't know.
3. I don't care.
4. There are 10,001 things more important than honesty.
5. Even if he is a fraud, we can't do anything about it.
6. Hate mongers and white guilty people might cry racism
and incite rioting.
7. Some people claim to have seen internal memos that it
would be career suicide if a talking head were to
mention 3 words: "obama's birth certificate'.
8. Everybody's dirty. Campaigning is where you tell people

10. Even if the newspaper announcements were based on a

they do it, except maybe to collect welfare for a single mother in the

11. Most people are afraid of the truth, they're cowards.
12. Too many people confuse fame, fortune, and majority

the surface of Sol 3, and not Zeta 2 Reticuli Reticulum
4, or some other planet in the universe that has

15. Somebody must have verified his eligibility. Nobody
can get away with a massive fraud for very long, except
bernie madoff.
16. 2 Thess. 2: 10-15
17. Mega-billionaire money talks
18. Acorn and union corruption.
19. Too many people are not colorblind, white guilty people
want to purge white guilt and minority racists want
to celebrate reverse racism
20. The NWO crowd loves him.
21 It is not unusual to use multiple SSN's in a lifetime.
22. obama don't need no birth certificate !!!

Who will keep the Republic?
Posted by an299034 on Oct 12, 2009 15:25

Who of the following would you be WILLING to vote for in 2012? Pick as many as you like.

Alan Keyes
Chuck Norris
Glen Beck
Joe Wilson
Joe the Plumber
John Cornyn
Mark Levin
Michelle Bachmann
Mike Huckabee
Mitt Romney
Ron Paul
Roy Moore
Sarah Palin
Tim Pawlenty
Tom Tancredo
None of these
---------------------------------------------------
The inaction of people concerning corruption in their political leaders raises the question, are there enough moral people left to keep the republic? To vote for a moral leader?

Or has the balance of power swung over to the have-nots/take-yours?

If the power to keep the republic is hanging by a thread, those of us in favour of keeping it really need to ensure that our efforts are united.

It is vital to find the candidate most of us are morally satisfied to vote for.

We simply cannot afford to divide ourselves over such minor issues as we are willing to forego.

One here supports Sarah Palin as their favourite, another there Ron Paul, a third prefers A N Other.

The republic-keeping vote is currently massively divided.

But these are ALL good, not evil leaders. All support the constitution, which reserves the power to the people. A policy disagreement in such a situation is not a moral slide, but normal old-fashioned American politics.

Therefore it is not enough for us to find out who each of us will vote for as first choice.

We desperately need to find out who most of us will vote for as first, second, or any choice.

I would like to ask WND if you would be willing to host a WND poll which allows the readers to select more than one candidate they'd be prepared to vote for. In other words, using check-boxes rather than radio buttons.

In this way, the leader most likely to win in 2012 will be highlighted.

Is Obama Eligible to be President accorrding to Article II?
Posted by su359115 on Oct 09, 2009 14:28

Did the Article II 'Natural Born Citizen' eligibility clause allow for the son of a British subject to become President of the United States in 2008?

1) Yes. It is right there in the Constitution.
2) Yes. President Chester Arthur was born of an Irish national when Ireland was 'united' with Britain. That's as 'precedential' as you can get.
3) 'Obama' is the Answer to all questions about the Constitution. 'Yes we Can.'
4) Yes. It is unfair that a 'citizen of the world' can not be eligible.
5) Yes. Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen. Mothers are more important under nationality law than fathers.
6) Yes. Obama was born in Hawaii, and his mother was a U.S. citizen.
7) Yes. Obama may have been born in Kenya to a Kenyan father, but his mother was a U.S. citizen.
8) No. Obama was born in Africa to an African, and she missed statutory residency to confer U.S. citizenship by a few months.
9) Yes. Obama may have been born in Kenya, but 8 USC 1409 forgave her lack of U.S. residency post age 14 because Obama was born out of wedlock to a bigamist father.
10) No. Only if born prior to the ratification and adoption of the Constitution did Article II allow for the U.S. born son of a British subject to be President of the United States. If born after ratification, the father had to be a U.S. citizen and legal resident. Obama only derived U.S. citizenship by statute, or the 14th Amendment.

(Hint: I've cleverly hidden the legally correct answer at the end of the poll.)

H5N1
Posted by Hammond Hank on Sep 07, 2009 19:55

What to think about the H5N1 'pandemic' and vaccines?
1. It's a huge threat, shoot everyone up twice!
2. Mandatory vaccinations, or mandatory quarantines!
3. Mandatory vaccinations for children and infants.
4. Only voluntary vaccinations.
5. Let's wait and see, and make sure the vaccine is safe and effective.
6. H5N1 appears mild; no need to vaccinate.
7. The rush to vaccinate over H5N1 really distubs me.
8. What are the UN and the CDC hiding?
9. I don't believe ANYTHING coming out of this Administration.
10. I suspect that this is a globalist attempt at depopulation.

Inspired by John McF - Hammond Hank

I'm absolutely against ANYONE being used for population control and/or biological experiments, with the possible exception of violent criminals and sexual predators. And even in those cases, there would have to strict moral and ethical controls. Capital punishment is an acceptable control for those populations.

Furthermore,
I'm still not sure what choice I'd pick. A lot of that has to do with the fact that so many of Obama's picks, mentors, and closest advisors are radical population control/reduction freaks. In the past, vaccines have saved the health and lives of many. I'm Type 1 diabetic, and never got vaccinated until I had a few bouts with the flu that made me severly ill, and once hospitalized for a couple of weeks. Since then, I've gotten vaccinated regularly, and it seems to have helped greatly. The flu nearly killed my late father in law, who was hospitalized for weeks but later recovered. Many deaths are from complications and secondary infections that can now be better treated. And yes, many people die every year from vaccinations, as do many from ANY medical treatment, even aspirin. But I've also read of research that shows vaccines may be harmful in some ways. There's so much money involved with big pharma, that motives and politics aside, it would serve us all well to have an open debate, review, and re-examination of all of our medical practices, just to make sure we're on the right track. I'm glad they're working on a vaccine for H5N1. I'm not convinced that it is ready or safe to market yet without further trials, especially in light of the fact that H5N1 doesn't seem to be that severe, yet. If it becomes virulent enough, then it might become expedient to use whatever we have on hand. But like I've already said, it just seems that too many people with questionable motives, views, and conflicts of interst are involved in the whole H5N1 and vaccine issue to afford our unquestoning trust. At the very least, I'm definitely against mandatory vaccinations for anyone at this juncture. Whether or not I will personally get the vaccine, I still haven't decided yet. I'm taking a wait and see approach for the time being. I'm open to any and all advice.

Medias flu deaths
Posted by JohnMcF on Sep 05, 2009 00:56

This post is in collaboration with Hammond Hank and JohnMcF.

Does the H5N1 virus pose a great enough threat to require mandatory vaccinations with an experimental vaccine?

1. Yes, the UN and several health agencies have already declared it a global pandemic.
2. Yes, it could save the lives of millions of people.
3. Yes, the potential lives saved far outweigh the lives lost.
4. Yes, a deadly pandemic would kill the economy and cause societal breakdown.
5. Yes, but only for those most vulnerable like children and people with weakened immunity.
6. No, H5N1 doesn't seem to be that serious, let's slow down a bit.
7. No, the UN and the present Administration cannot be trusted.
8. No, unproven vaccines are dangerous, especially to children and the chronically ill.
9. No, mandatory vaccinations are violations of the Constitution.
10. No, I believe the shot caused more deaths than the flu is responsible for. I refuse to take it under any circumstances.

Feel free to improve upon or substitute any or all of the above. -Hammond Hank
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The media is posting that some 40 children have died from the flue (and along with other ailments). Since school is started and most children were given the flu shot as a requirement for school. Did these deaths come from the flu shot as proven, or from a flu virus that does not transmit well between people. I heard that the only easy way to get this flue is by having it injected into you via the flu shot. Do you like having your children being used in population control and biological experiments.
I would love to see these questions go before the public so that they may be aware that the false propaganda is for a hidden aggenda of the next phase of Government control.
The people know the answer and are dying to tell it. -JohnMcF
Thank you for helping with the questions. Please note the change to the last answer. I do believe this is very important at this time as I personally know of two people that have died directly from the flu shot each killed years apart. However I have not heard of anyone I have ever known in my lifetime loosing their life from the flu.
Town Hall Mobs
Posted by bogus on Aug 07, 2009 07:45
What do you think will happen now that Obama has called on his supporters to show up at town hall meetings to counteract citizens who oppose his health care bill?
1) When those of us with reason show up maybe we can get this much needed bill passed.
2) So far the meetings have been very one-sided but with Obama supporters there, we will make it clear that most Americans stand behind the President's plan.
3) Those that are for the plan are civilized and sensible and probably won't be heard over the birther right wing fanatics.
4) It's going to cause an even greater divide between the two sides than already exists.
5) People are already very emotional about this issue and there might be some police intervention needed to keep the peace.
6) I don't care how many Obama folks show up. This government run health care is wrong and I'm going to let them know about it.
7) This is going to light a fire much bigger than Obama could ever imagine.
8) The government and the MSM will use this against anti-Obama Americans and they will be arrested and labeled as terrorists.
9) It sounds like an old fashioned recipe for a civil war.
When Obama is Forced to Leave Office, what then?
Posted by su359115 on Aug 06, 2009 07:27
When Congress exercises its Art I, Sec. 8 constitutional powers to determine Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen, the presidency will become to a successor. What should happen next?
1) Obama is the first black president and should remain in office under E.E.O.C. rules and affirmative action.
2) Obama was duly elected, certified, and inaugurated so any actions to claim he is ineligible are moot.
9) Joe Biden should become President of the United States as outlined in Constitutional law of presidential succession.
4) Both Obama and Biden should step down and congress should take over the office, namely Nancy Pelosi with Hillary Clinton as vice-president.
5) Obama should remain in office while congress arranges special elections.
6) The U.S. Supreme Court should rule that Article II's Natural Born Citizen means any child born of a U.S. citizen, or on U.S. soil. Then, Obama can stay in office.
7) Obama's electoral votes should be voided and George W. Bush and Dick Cheney be returned to office until the 2008 election can be redone . . . a 'do-over' so to speak.
8) Obama's electoral votes should be voided, and John McCain and Sarah Palin be inaugurated by default.
9) Obama's electoral votes should be voided and criminal fraud proceedings through a special prosecutor be initiated in Federal Court and Congress.
10) The White House should be condemned as a nuisance and boarded shut until the 2012 elections. No bills can be passed in Congress without a sitting president and the American people can take a breather for three years.
