Once again, you hit the nail on the head. OBAMA is defective, NOT the Constitution. Insofar as Obama being a "Constitutional Law Professor" and "Editor of the Harvard Law Review", maybe Bill Ayers was ghostwriting for him back THEN, too. Can he spell "A-f-f-i-r-m-a-t-i-v-e A-c-t-i-o-n"? Reply to: KevinVD2,
Sorry, what you are describing is a Michael Savage "Red-Diaper Doper Baby", not a "constitutional lawyer".
You simply need to expand your horizons and educational and information sources a little. Believe me, even a liberal can do it. You need not fear! HaHaHaHaHaHa!

In an article published by WND, I found the following claim.
"In other words, we derive our rights from God, not from the Constitution of the United States..."
This goes well beyond a suggestion that the constitution might be improved and has been (ie. the abolition of slavery).
As yet, I've seen no attacks on the claim published on WND.
Read it for yourself.

Defective Constitution

To Obama, God is defective. This is validated by his "sin" to weaken people with handouts and welfare entitlements. It is called mind-control and is the game of the devil. He is definitely anti-American and pretty demonic.

Clique777 Reply to: KevinVT2 Yes. Obama was a constitutional lawyer. Harvard Law Review and Chicago Law School, which makes him a quite reliable specialist on the topic -- with a bit more authority than most here.
The Constitution was indeed defective, as I and others have pointed out, because it condoned slavery and counted slaves as 3/5 human -- that was the context left out of the Limbaugh rant and the report here.
Taxes? Obama will reduce taxes on 95% of working class people, including everyone here who isn't making over $250K -- and judging by the level of discourse, I suspect no one here is making over $250K. So get your facts straight and stop drinking the GOP koolaid.

Bob,
"Constitional lawyer" isn't the correct phrase. The correct phrase to describe the "constitutional lawyer" or scholar, of which KevinVD2 speaks, was coined by Michael Savage, "Red-Diaper Doper Baby". Except that normally Michael speaks of white folks when using this phrase. Obaminable is simply one of the few black folks it equally applies to because he shares the same values and sentiments as any white "Red-Diaper Doper Baby".
Clique777 Reply to: bob KevinVT2, Be a little more specific. You say that Obama was a constitutional lawyer. Do you mean as a student or a professor or what? What percentage of human were the thousands of Irish slaves who were sent here by Great Briton and endured far greater hardships than the black slaves?
The only thing Obamas plan will do is take away from the Americans that still have jobs and "spread it around" to the slugs that don't work much less pay taxes.
I think that most people see you for what you are.
Voting for C Baldwin, But Reminding

you Americans it was the Democratic party that gave us slavery in the Constitution, and then forcefully defended it to starting a Civil War that killed more than 620,000 American citizens, then theY got us into WWI, WWII, Korean, and then Vietnam where 58,000 American soldiers were killed along with several hundred thousand casualties, more than have of which were serious. Then, they gave us "The Great Society Creator LBJ" who started and escalated Vietnam into the national disgrace it is today, with more than 30,000 dead American soldiers in the 5 years he was the President. Then the Demowits gave us the Peanut Farmer in Chief and his "Misery Index", only to give us Bill Clinton thereafter, the man with more dead friends by "other than natural causes" than Adolph Hitler himself. Not to mention the Constitutional crises he created by repeatedly committing perjury, then having been impeached, plus his his history of sexual fidelity with Monica Lewinsky, Jennifer Flowers and a bevy of other noteworthy skirts.............ah the good ole days.
So, next week when Obama is elected because you decided to vote for McCain instead of Baldwin, you only have yourselves to blames for the gloating of the liberals who are temporarily here, at least until the end of next week or so.
Prediction - the election of Obama will be the nightmare of the Democratic Party. They just thought defending Clinton was a problem..........they're about to elect Obaminable the Great, the Messiah!

<< Start with Acts Chapter 3, verses 42-47: "All who believed were together and had all things in common; they would sell their property and possessions and divide them among all according to each one's need." In Chapter 5 you can read how Ananias and Sapphira sold their property but held some of it back. When Peter rebuked them separately, they fell down dead. And if anyone tells you Sarah is a great Christian, ask why her income tax shows her tithe amounts to 3 percent, not 10, and why most of that appears to be deductions on overvalued stuff they gave to thrift shops. We finally have a presidential candidate that may actually have some Christian values - his name is Barack Obama.>>
boxcars4peace,
You must be going to the Reverend Wright Seminary of Doctrinal Interpretation! HaHaHa! That, or you fell into the mushroom patch to your utter fill!
Anyone who can interpret that scriptural citation to mean that a government entity can take from one and give to another, well, that person should be committed to the Book of Acts Rubber Room! That scripture implies something you don't comprehend nor understand and probably never will. It embodies a Christian love for one another, not the fulfillment of a liberal, God-less and humanist approach to acquiring the votes of silly blacks, hispanics and whites who don't know any better, and in doing so because they are relatively poor and uninformed, with the only goal being to try and destroy what they cannot control.
You really are kidding with that interpretation, aren't you? If not, then you need some medical help.
Interpreting a Biblical passage in the manner you just did, you should be ashamed of yourself. But I doubt you have it in you.

Reply to: boxcars4peace Obama's comments were only about slavery and have been taken out of context by Conservatives who are desperate to defend their hopeless cause. Conservatives have no other weapon against Obama other than slander because they are facing something their narrow minds simply cannot understand.
As far as Obama being a 'socialist' I would suggest Republicans take a moment to read the Bible before they complain about redistributing wealth. Start with Acts Chapter 3, verses 42-47: "All who believed were together and had all things in common; they would sell their property and possessions and divide them among all according to each one's need."

Dear KevinVD2,
Under your definition then, the majority on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Homofrisco are all "constitutional scholars". And wasn't it 24 of that courts decisions in 26 tries that the Supreme Court overturned? There's a "constitutional scholar" batting average for you!
Maybe you should refine your definition of "constitutional scholar" to something Earthlings can understand.
"Beam him up Scottie!" HaHaHaHaHaHaHa!
